Badges & Wristbands
Upon confirmation of your reservation, Time Out Market Dubai will send you detailed instructions by email on how to collect your access badges and wristbands.
Time Out Market Dubai is not responsible for badges or wristbands that are not collected on time, or for any loss after collection.

Collection from December 25th to 30th
Guests who purchase tickets online are required to collect their access badges and wristbands as follows:

• Location: Time Out Market Dubai, Level 3, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai
• Collection Point: Atrium Bar. Please ask Security at the entrance for assistance.
• Requirements: A valid identification document, such as Emirates ID or passport, and your Platinumlist proof of purchase.

Collection on December 31st
If you are unable to collect your badges and wristbands before December 31st, they can be collected from the Time Out Market Dubai information kiosk at The Dubai Mall:

Arrival Time
Early arrival is strongly recommended due to the high volume of New Year’s Eve visitors in Downtown Dubai. Guests arriving late do so at their own risk, as access may be affected by security measures, road closures and crowd management.

Burj Khalifa Fireworks & Viewing Areas
Outdoor terrace tickets offer access to the terrace, with views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
Indoor tickets include access to our exclusive designated viewing area downstairs, in front of the Burj Khalifa, for views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks.
Please note that terrace access is exclusively available to guests who have purchased outdoor terrace tickets.

Food & Beverage Credit
50% of your booking value will be loaded onto a Time Out Market event card, which can be used for food and beverage purchases until 2 am on January 1st, 2027.
Any remaining balance cannot be refunded, transferred or used on another day.

Dry Zone
A designated non-alcoholic zone is available. As seating in this area is limited, please select the relevant ticket option when booking.

Seating
Seats are allocated according to the ticket type selected at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.
Time Out Market Dubai follows a communal seating concept, so specific table requests cannot be accommodated. Guests may be seated at communal tables alongside other parties.

Access & Re-entry
Guests can access the designated Time Out Market Dubai area downstairs by the Dubai Fountain Boardwalk.

Food and beverages from the Market cannot be taken downstairs.

Please note that leaving the venue may affect your ability to re-enter due to New Year’s Eve security measures and access restrictions.

Platinumlist recommends that customers avoid purchasing Platinumlist-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites such as eBay, Dubizzle, Facebook, StubHub, and Online Ticket Shop. This is because there is a possibility that the ticket may not be valid for entry or may be cancelled by Platinumlist if it is determined that the ticket has been resold. It is worth noting that in certain countries, the reselling of tickets is prohibited by law.

It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.

Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.

If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.
