Expo City Dubai is an open city and entry to public areas will not require tickets. Payment and tickets will be required to enter specific attractions or attend certain events.
Expo City Dubai prides itself on being a fully accessible city, with a range of facilities available for people with disabilities.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available free of charge for use throughout Expo City Dubai, subject to availability.
We are not responsible for any injuries or losses resulting from the misuse of wheelchairs or strollers.
Users must return wheelchairs and strollers to their designated places once they have finished using them.
Tickets are available free of charge to all people with disabilities directly at the venue.
The pavilions do not have any toilets or baby changing facilities, but these can be found nearby and throughout Expo City Dubai.
Yellow taxi services are available to everyone for a fee.
Visitors and renters can also explore the city on bicycles, which are readily available for rent from various locations around Expo City Dubai - or you can bring your own bicycle!
Another simple and quick way to get around Expo City Dubai is by using the scooters available for hire, or you can bring your own.

This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable/non-changeable cancellation policy: once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.

By bus: There is a public bus stop operated by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) located outside the Expo Metro Station.

By taxi: Taxis are readily available in Dubai. You can book a taxi by phone, but the simplest way is to download the Careem, Uber, or Suhail apps. Through the Careem app, you can also book a Hala Taxi, which is the most affordable taxi service in Dubai.

By car: If you are driving to Expo City Dubai, you can find us on Expo Road (E77), opposite Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54). Follow the road signs to the Opportunity and Sustainability Parking, where you will find 10,000 parking spaces.

By metro: The fastest and most sustainable way to get around here. The Dubai Metro Red Line takes you from various locations in the city to the Expo Station, which is located in the heart of Expo City Dubai.
