• Balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions and may be cancelled in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, with the possibility of postponing the trip or refunding the ticket.
• Trip duration: Each trip takes 10 minutes, but additional time must be allocated for guidance sessions, loading and unloading, and waiting.
• Appropriate attire: Casual clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and dresses is recommended. Swimwear is permitted if you are visiting Atlantis Aquaventure.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs and strollers are available; please ask the staff for assistance. Wheelchairs must have a braking system. Wheelchairs are also available at the event venue.
• Ticket Collection: Get your wristbands at the Avenues ticket office in Atlantis to access the event.
• Children's policy: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults over the age of 18.
•  Children under the age of three are offered a free ticket with a valid adult ticket.
• Proof of age: Obtaining a ticket for children and infants requires proof of age.

By car: Head southwest following the directional signs towards Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Enter Palm Jumeirah via Palm Jumeirah Road, Dubai, and head towards Atlantis The Palm and follow the directions towards The Avenues.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Palm Jumeirah from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination and most drivers will be familiar with the area.
