• There is paid RTA parking available outside the venue, which is limited. Hence you are encouraged to arrive in time.
• Gates open at 5:30 pm and show starts at 6 pm; Gates open at 8:30 pm and show starts at 9 pm, respectively.
• The show is for 14+ age groups only and will be both in English and Hindi.
• There are 2 categories, GA Ground Floor and GA Balcony and both are on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Please note that GA Balcony category is on the first floor and GA Ground Floor category is  on the ground floor but there are a few stairs towards the auditorium. There is no lift at the venue, please keep this in mind before booking tickets. Tickets once booked will not be refunded/exchanged/upgraded. The decision of the organizer is final.
• For ticket related queries, please contact the ticketing website ONLY, directly.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium (this applies to all the items including water), however attendees can consume snacks and beverages from the venue, which are available on paid basis, ONLY in the foyer area.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed at the premises anywhere.
• Photography and videography are strictly prohibited once the show commences.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading southwest on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), continuing straight, taking Exit 41 toward Al Thanya Street, following the ramp, taking the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Al Thanya Street, making a U-turn, and turning right with the destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, you can take buses 12, 93, or F29 to the Thanaya Junction 2 stop, followed by a 15-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
