Sheikh Zayed Road will be closed for New Year’s Eve, so guests will not be able to enter from the front side of the venue.
All guests must arrive via the backside access route through 308th Road / 2nd December Street area.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS (Back Entrance Route) 1. Approach the area from 2nd December Street (D90)
Do not attempt to enter from Sheikh Zayed Road.
Instead, navigate toward the inner roads behind the World Trade Centre area.

2. Enter onto 308th Road
Follow signs leading toward:
Latifa Towers
Cassma Tower / Hotel Apartments
You will now be on the service-road side of the buildings.

3. Follow the inner road behind the buildings
Continue straight along the backside road.
You will pass:
Latifa Towers (on your left)
Residential & hotel service areas

4. Continue following the route toward Cassma Tower / FVT Dubai
Stay on the same road until you reach the FVT Dubai rear access point.
Look out for:
Event signage
Security marshals guiding guests

5. Drop-off & Parking
Guest drop-off is available at the backside entrance.
Limited parking may be available in nearby service lots.
Overflow parking: guests may park in the surrounding streets and walk in.
