Any patron, below 16 years of age are not permitted to the event.
Tickets are final and 100% non-refundable.
The QR code will appear on the app 48 hours prior to the event.

All guests must present a valid ticket.
This event is strictly for guests aged 16 years and above.
No re-entry will be permitted.
Bags larger than 30 × 30 × 15 cm are not permitted.
No storage or cloakroom facilities are available.
Accessible seating is available for People of Determination. Accessible tickets must be purchased.
Professional cameras are not permitted.

Customers are advised not to purchase Platinumlist-branded Tickets resold through so-called secondary ticketing websites (such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, Stubhub ,Dubizzle or similar sites) or online selling sites such as eBay as it is possible the Ticket may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by Platinumlist should Platinumlist become aware that the Ticket has been resold. In some countries, the re-sale of tickets is banned by law.
It is the responsibility of Customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft.

Platinumlist is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen Tickets and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen Tickets. This applies to digitally issue Tickets.
In the event a Customer’s digital Ticket is copied/stolen (e.g. via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address) and the Ticket is used and scanned before the Customer enters the Event, the Customer will be refused entry as the Ticket will have been canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be offered to the Customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their digital Tickets with the same caution and care they would protect a physical printed Ticket from theft.

No re-entry once the ticket is validated.

Security Measures:
- Patrons must protect their tickets to avoid loss or theft. In the event of ticket loss or theft, Platinumlist will not be responsible for replacement or refund.
- Digital tickets that have been copied or fall into unauthorized hands may result in denial of entry; the ticket is considered canceled at first use and no refunds are provided.
Entry Policy:
- Once validated for entry, tickets cannot be re-entered.
- All patrons must have a valid ticket to enter Coca-Cola Arena.
Ticket Purchasing:
- Tickets can be purchased through authorized channels only, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All sales are final; refunds will not be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Ticket Delivery:
- All tickets are issued as In-App digital barcodes and will be available via the Platinumlist mobile app prior to the event.
- Ensure that you provide correct and updated contact information when making a purchase.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Events can be canceled, rescheduled, or modified according to Platinumlist’s discretion. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email or phone, and options for a refund or exchange may be offered.
- No refunds are provided unless the event is officially canceled.
General Conduct:
- Patrons must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
- The management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Smoking, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside Coca-Cola Arena.
