In association with Furat Qaddour Music Center, Al Qasba brings you award-winning musicians from every corner of the globe, gathering to put on a show like no other – the first of its kind in Sharjah.
Iraqi-born Naseer Shamma is one of the world’s most distinguished Oud and Qanoon players and composers, and now comes to Al Qasba to light-up and inspire.
Expect a powerful performance from the multi-talented Jahida Wehbe. With lyrics inspired by poetry, Jahida will move your heart and capture your soul.
Founder of the Furat Qaddouri Music Center, Baghdad-born Furat Qaddouri has passion for music running through his veins. Furat’s music blends the traditional sounds of the Qanoon with Carribean, Latin, Jazz and Middle Eastern influences.
Immerse yourself in contemporary Arabic music with Macadi Nahhas, the Jordanian singer whose distinguished voice reflects the natural beauty of her hometown, Madaba.
 
With performances from the Furat Qaddouri Music Center; Latin grooves from Alex El Cantante; funky pop from Oxiana Uncu; Arabic sounds from Amir Adam; modern classical Japanese vibes from Haruka Horii; French Gypsy Jazz from Alexandre Valls; and up-beat Chilean Flamingo from Vicente Allendre, Al Qasba will take you on a musical journey that will stay with you forever.
