Queues for tourist attractions will close 30 minutes before the park's scheduled closing time. However, if the queue at the haunted hotel reaches its maximum capacity, it may close up to two hours before the park's scheduled closing time.

• Free parking is available for visitors with an admission ticket.

• Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must not pass through the entrance/exit gates. A valid ID must be presented. The ID will be returned to the guest once the wheelchair is returned undamaged (or in the same condition as when rented).
