Dubai Opera’s New Year’s Eve Celebrations!

There’s nowhere in the world like Downtown Dubai on New Year’s Eve, and there’s nowhere closer to the action than Dubai Opera. So, make this your most glamorous and memorable New Year ever hosted inside the spectacular Dubai Opera Auditorium.

Dubai Opera will mark the dawn of a new year with an incredible Roaring 20s themed New Year’s Eve Gala held at the iconic Downtown Dubai venue on December 31. On this special occasion, internationally acclaimed dancers and the 2020 winners of Britain’s Got Talent Jasmine & Aaron will captivate guests with an incredible live performance. Pioneer DJ Chris Wright will also be behind the decks to keep the celebrations in full swing.

Indulge in a 3-course set menu along with six hours of free-flowing drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), from 6.30 pm to 12.30 am. VIP, Gold, and Premium ticket categories include premium drink choices.

And when the clock strikes midnight, make your way outside the Dubai Opera to witness the legendary, breathtaking Burj Khalifa fireworks from the best spot in town- the Dubai Opera promenade.

Here are the main points you need to follow to be able to access Dubai Downtown and Dubai Opera on NYE day:

1. Please collect your and your guest's wrist bands from Dubai Opera Box Office between 11 am and 8 pm starting from 21st Dec 2021 and latest by 30th Dec 2021.
2. Please download the UbyEmaar app and register to gain Downtown and Dubai Opera access on NYE http://bit.ly/ube-nye.
3. You must register your details on the UbyEmaar app and generate a QR code for you and each of your guests to gain admission to the Downtown area and Dubai Opera. You will also be required to bring your ID.
4. Please contact the UByEmaar technical support team if you need further assistance: 800 569 25 89.
5. Please note that Downtown road and metro station closures will be taking place on NYE and it is likely that vehicle access will be stopped from mid-afternoon onwards. We suggest planning your journey and arriving promptly. Dubai Opera Foyers open from 5 pm, the Auditorium opens from 6.00 pm, the beverage is served from 6:30 pm, food is served from 8:30 pm and the entertainment begins at 9 pm.
6. Please check the UbyEmaar app for your designated gate entry to the Downtown area. Please also check media on the day to plan your route to Dubai Opera.
7. The event finishes at 2 am. It is likely that taxi access will be restricted to Dubai Opera so you may need to walk to the nearest designated taxi pick-up area.

House & Event Policies
12+ years would require a ticket to enter the Auditorium.
Below 12 years are not permitted into the Auditorium.
Patrons under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable pause.

Important information:
Entry may be refused if the below conditions are not met
-Please make your table selection is strictly based on your group size (2,3,4,6 or 10)
-The maximum number of tables that can be selected online is up to 1 table.
-Any selection that is not based on the group size can lead to entry rejection on the day of the
event
-When choosing your seats online please make sure no empty seat remains next to your selection
-Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times, including inside the Auditorium. You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your face mask correctly.
-Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms
