Tickets to the Burj Khalifa Top and Dubai Aquarium must be used on the same day.
Reservations are final and non-refundable.

Dress code : Appropriate casual clothing is permitted during the tour, and swimwear is prohibited.
Age and health restrictions : Visiting both sites is suitable for all ages and people, including pregnant women.

By car : The Burj Khalifa At the Top, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo are all located in The Dubai Mall and are easily accessible by car. You can park in the mall's parking area.

By public transport : The mall is easily accessible by public transport. If you take the metro, get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you arrive at The Dubai Mall, head towards the lower ground floor (known as LG).

By taxi : You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It's a well-known destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
