I am disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience, specifically with the inability to reach anyone for assistance.

I purchased a ticket for Solomun. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend the event. Despite several attempts, I was unable to find any contact information or a way to inform you.

Moreover, I specifically paid for the refund guarantee at the time of purchase, which is now adding to my frustrations. As the ticket price was already quite high, the fact that I cannot attend the event has rendered it a wasted expense.

I had expected better communication channels and prompt assistance. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and provide a solution that aligns with the refund guarantee I paid for.

I trust that Platinumlist values its customers and their satisfaction, and will provide the necessary assistance to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
