Children under the age of 2 years enter Dubai Aquarium for free.
Children up to the age of 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests must visit Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and Sky Views Observatory on the same day.
Ticket includes a one-time ride on the Glass Slide per ticket.
Weight restriction for Glass Slide: 30 – 150 kg
Height restriction for Glass Slide: 120 cm – 200 cm.
Participants should wear modest, comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, no high heels, shoes, or shoes with sharp metal edges that can damage the glass.
A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views Observatory supervisors must be followed.
Participants should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
Participants should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
No outside food or drink allowed.
Not to be combined with any other offer.
Tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.

By car: Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Age is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can easily park the car in The Dubai Mall parking.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG).

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

Sky Views:

By car: Sky Views Observatory is located in The Address Sky Views Hotel, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the hotel’s.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and take a short walk to the hotel.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the hotel from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
