• Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo - Meet the Shark Trainers. Ticket sales are final and 100% non-refundable.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16 years or older).
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, drinks, glassware, or alcohol into the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
• Please carry a valid photo ID.
• Minimum required length 140 cm
• Adults and children (over 140 cm)
• Not applicable to our pregnant guests.
• Guests must be able to go up and down the stairs to access the shark trainer portion of the experience.
• Swimming is not required. The activity will be performed standing up.
• Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

• Dress code for meeting the shark trainer at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo: Casual attire is permitted; Comfortable and appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. Beachwear is not permitted.
• Age and health restrictions at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo: Visiting Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is suitable for everyone, including pregnant mothers.

By car: The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. 

By public transport: The mall is easily accessible by public transport. If you are using the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via the air-conditioned walkway. Once you arrive at Dubai Mall, you will need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also known as LG).

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
