Advance reservation is required for all promotions, experiences, and ticketed events.
Entry is subject to reservation confirmation or a valid Platinumlist ticket.
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining or experience time and are subject to availability.
Tickets purchased via Platinumlist are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by MamaBella.
Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the event page.
A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented upon arrival.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, tickets will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Guests are expected to follow venue rules, safety guidelines, and respectful conduct at all times.

By Car: Drive via Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) toward Downtown Dubai, follow signs to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, and park at Kempinski The Boulevard.

By Public Transport: Take the Red Line Metro to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station, then walk 10–15 minutes along Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.

By Private Transport: Use a taxi or ride-hailing service and ask for Kempinski The Boulevard, Downtown Dubai for a direct drop-off.
