• Choose between a “Slope” ticket for experienced skiers/skiers or a 60-minute “Snowboarding Lesson.”
• Enjoy unlimited access to snow rides and attractions, including a tubing race, snowpack, climbing wall, zorb ball, bobsled, downhill tobogganing, snow playground, chair lift and mountain ride.

• The Penguin Encounter session lasts 40 minutes and is available every half hour from 12:00 PM until 09:00 PM.

- Some rides such as “Mountain Thriller” and “Snow Bullet” ride are not recommended for seniors, pregnant women, and those with back and neck problems and other medical conditions.

-Guests are not allowed to carry their cell phones or use a camera during the Penguin Encounter activity.

What is recommended to wear:

-It is recommended to wear comfortable and warm clothes.

-We also recommend carrying your own hat.

-Guests are not allowed to carry mobile phones or use cameras inside the Penguin Encounter parking lot.

Children Policy:

- Children from 0-2 years old are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for health and safety reasons.

- Children aged 3 years and above are allowed to enter Ski Dubai with parents/adults.

-Children under 13 must wear helmets at all times and must be supervised by a 16-year-old adult.

- The minimum age for ski lessons is 3 years and 8 years for snowboard lessons.

-For the giant ball, the minimum height required for children is 1.0 metres.

- For the “Mountain Thriller” ride, the minimum height for children is 1.2 metres.

- For the “Snow Bullet” ride, children aged 8 years and above or children with a minimum height of 1.20 meters are allowed to participate. Children must be accompanied by adults. The minimum weight required for this flight is 30 kg and the maximum is 120 kg.
- For skiers in slope activity: they must have completed the second level of training.

By car: Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of the Emirates, which is easily accessible by car. You can park your car in the mall parking for free.

By public transportation: The mall can be easily reached via public transportation. If you are using the metro, you can get off at Mall of the Emirates station and reach the mall directly.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
