The View at The Palm ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food, drink, glassware or alcohol into the venue.

Dress Code: Casual, decent clothing is permitted on the tour, no swimwear is permitted.
Age and health restrictions: The visit is suitable for all ages, including pregnant mothers.
Facilities for People of Determination: The entire Palm Jumeirah view is wheelchair accessible while the Next Level experience on Level 54 is accessible via stairs.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The View will remain closed for an event on Friday, March 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

By car: The View at The Palm is located in Nakheel Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can also park your car in the mall’s car park for free.

By public transport: The mall is easily accessible by public transport. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at Al Khail station and take the tram to Nakheel Mall from Palm Gateway station, which is a short walk away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It is a popular destination and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
