1. When and where is Arabian Soul Weekend taking place?
Arabian Soul Weekend 2025 will be held on 8–9 November 2025 at Zabeel Park, Dubai.

2. What types of tickets are available?
We offer two ticket categories:

General Access – Includes entry to the Mindful Arena, Transformation Stage, Conscious Courtyard, Soulful Bites, and BioFuel Zone.* Except Ice Bath.
All-Access Pass – Includes entry to all 10 arenas, including immersive experiences at Zen Den, Prana Pavilion, Echoes of Expression, Earthen Art Studio, and the Little Masters Arena.

3. Is there an age restriction?

General entry is free for children under 12 years old (excluding Little Masters Arena).
Access to the Little Masters Arena requires a separate paid ticket for kids’ activities and masterclasses.
Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. How will I receive my ticket?
Tickets are delivered digitally via Platinumlist SafeTickets. You can access them through the Platinumlist App with a secure dynamic QR code for smooth entry.

5. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please double-check your booking before confirming.

6. What if the event is postponed or cancelled?
In the unlikely event of a postponement or cancellation, refunds will be processed in line with the event organizer’s policies.

11. Are there food and beverage options at the festival?
Yes—Soulful Bites Arena will feature a range of holistic food pop-ups, conscious cafes, and nourishing treats.

12. How can I get to Zabeel Park?

By Metro: Max Metro Station is the closest.
By Car: Paid parking is available at Zabeel Park.
By Taxi/Ride-share: Simply ask for Zabeel Park, Dubai.

1. Ticketing & Entry

All attendees must hold a valid ticket for the specific date and category purchased to gain entry.
Tickets are delivered digitally via Platinumlist SafeTickets with secure dynamic QR codes.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Please check your booking carefully before confirming.
Children under 12 years (excluding access to the Little Masters Arena) can attend free of charge.
Access to the Little Masters Arena requires a separate paid ticket.
Attendees under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Re-entry is not permitted.

2. Event Modifications & Cancellations

In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the event organizer’s policy.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the line-up, schedule, venue layout, or arena access without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all, the following are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
Professional cameras, drones, tripods, monopods, tablets, and recording devices.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances.
Weapons, sharp objects, or items that may be used as projectiles.
Aerosols, permanent markers, or laser pointers.
Food and beverages purchased outside the festival (only those purchased within ASW zones are permitted).
Glow sticks, LED signs, or illuminated objects.
Animals not allowed.

4. Security & Conduct

All attendees are subject to security checks at entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
ASW maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these terms.
Photography, videography, and audio recording are not permitted unless authorized by the organizer.

5. Personal Responsibility

The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Participation in wellness activities (yoga, breathwork, ice baths, etc.) is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.

To keep the vibes safe, mindful, and enjoyable for everyone, please leave these at home:

Pro gear – professional cameras, drones, tripods, monopods, tablets, or recording equipment
Alcohol or substances – no drugs, alcohol, or anything illegal
Weapons & sharp objects – including anything that could be used as a projectile
Sprays & markers – aerosols, permanent markers, or laser pointers
Outside food & drinks – plenty of conscious cafés and treats await you inside
Flashy lights – glow sticks, LED signs, or illuminated objects
Pets – only registered service/assistance dogs are permitted

By car: To reach your destination head northeast on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St/D88 and continue straight to stay on the same road. Turn right onto Sheikh Rashid Rd/D75, then turn right following the signs for Za'abeel Park/Area B/Area C/Area A. Continue straight and enter the roundabout. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking the MRed lines towards the Max Metro Station and take a short walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
