Bringing together top chefs from Dubai’s most acclaimed restaurants, Gault&Millau UAE’s second edition of the much-anticipated Culinary Innovators returns.

The unique event will bring together 12 of Dubai’s most acclaimed chefs for a spectacular two-day pop-up at The Avery, located at the Conrad Hotel, Trade Centre, on Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22.

Each date will host an evening experience, and a lunchtime experience will also be available on Saturday.  

This year’s addition will also offer a limited number of VIP packages, featuring reserved seating and table service. Guests at these tables will receive an additional canapé or amuse-bouche from each of the kitchens.

As with the inaugural event, all guests will receive one hero dish from each kitchen, enjoyed alongside free-flowing beverages and live entertainment.

Engage in one-on-one moments with our chefs, or enjoy each dish served to your table courtesy of your own dedicated server.

All VIP guests receive premium champagne, access to wine pairings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

VIP reserved seating is limited to eight tables of four diners per event. To reserve your place, please contact the reservations team directly via  events@gaultmillauae.com.

Each seating is limited to 150 guests.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements or adjustments to any dishes on the menu.
