We are extremely sorry for the huge inconvenience to all of our guests who had purchasedtickets to attend the event on New Year's Eve 2013. We understand thatmany guests wanted to enjoy Sandance on this special night and wereunable to reach the venue or experienced significant traffic delays.
The situation was influenced by different factors that were notentirely owned by us, however feedback from our guests is extremelyimportant to us and we are taking action to reimburse all New Year'sEve Sandance ticket holders the full ticket value.
We are asking all New Year's Eve Sandance ticket holders to visit thefollowing website www.SandanceNYE2013.com which will be live from Monday 6th January until Sunday 12th January2014 and fill in the short form to ensure we have all the details tomake the process fast and effective for you.
Additionally, we would like offer every ticket holder of the New Year'sEve Sandance event a 50 percent discount on the entrance ticket valuefor the next Sandance music festival and we hope to welcome you back.We are thanking all fans of Sandance for your continued support andunderstanding.
 
 
 
Important entry rules SANDANCE
On NYE, All Sandnance guests (including ticketholders, table reservations, competition winners & guestlist) should go to American Univercity in Dubai (AUD) for online collection, ticket inspection & writs banding.
An EXCLUSIVE Sandnace bus lane will be used to shuttle all guests directly to Sandnace. Buses will operate from 5pm, with the last bust departing the American University at 9pm. This is the ONLY route to enter Sandance. 
It is advised to all Sandance guests to arrive at the American Univercity by Metro or Taxi. The Nakheel Metro Station is situated directly in front of the American University & the Dubai Metro will run 24 hours on New Year’s Eve.   Sandance NYE opens at 5pm, with Happy Hours from 5pm-7pm. Shuttle buses will return to American University at the end of the night, as well as JBR/Marina, MOE Metro Station & The Greens/Tecom. See you on the sand.
