Every year there's one song which captivates people around the world. No matter what musical preference you have, you're automatically hooked to its catchy tune.
 
The 2010 "it" song goes to We No Speak Americano from Yolanda Be Cool. Yolanda Be Cool artists Sylvester Martinez and Johnson Peterson have created a worldwide phenomenon.
 
The song has been pumping fists at clubs all over the world and is gaining a ton of traction on the radio. The song has sent a domino effect of viral interpretations.
 
Yolanda Be Cool is an Australian band made up of Sylvester Martinez and Johnson Peterson. They collaborated with Australian producer DCUP (real name Duncan MacLennan) to release an international single "We No Speak Americano" on the indie Australian label Sweat It Out they founded, sampling on a 1956 Neapolitan language hit "Tu vuò fà l'americano" by Renato Carosone and written by Carosone and Nicola "Nisa" Salerno.
 
"We No Speak Americano" topped the German, Austrian, Irish, UK, Danish, Dutch, Swedish and Belgian charts so far, and reached the also the No.1 in Australia, France, Spain and Norway. It was also a chart hit in Italy, Colombia, New Zealand, Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica and several other countries. The video was directed by Andy Hylton at Lutimedia. Prior to the hit, they had collaborated with DCUP when he remixed their hit "Afro Nuts" in 2009. The name is a reference to the film Pulp Fiction, where the character Jules (played by Samuel L. Jackson) shouts "Yolanda, be cool" to a female armed robber named Yolanda (played by Amanda Plummer).
 
Yolanda Be Cool received two 2010 ARIA Music Awards nominations which include, "Best Dance Release" and "Most Popular Australian Single" for "We No Speak Americano".

Being the youngest professional DJ/radio presenter in the Middle East to hit the scene in August of 2000, Dany Neville was instantly noticed for his diverse knowledge of music. 'Radio 1' offered the then-17 year old the grave yard shift between 2 am to 6 am, only to watch as he stormed the industry for the past eight years under their wings.
 
Since then Dany Neville has been one of the first local DJ’s to be noticed worldwide, earning him the Middle East’s ‘Urban Ambassador’ title from the likes of Eminem, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Beyonce, Akon and many more.
