HOUSEofAFRIKA & JK58.co are proud to present ‘The BIG BBQ Social’

This social gathering (formerly known as #BraaiDayDXB) is a fun day for the whole family & now open to all nationalities on Fri, 20th Oct on the grass lawn at Emirates Golf Club.

We welcome all our friends from around the world to come join us around the fire as we do it South African: “Bring & Braai style” meaning everyone can “Bring your own meat & come BBQ with us” using our BBQ stations (wood/charcoal) that will be setup on the grass lawn.

We look forward to all nationalaties bringing their own style of BBQing to the fire as we enjoy the perfect soundtrack of LIVE music throughout the day from a host of local bands & DJs alongside exciting fun activities for the kids & families, BBQ competition, talent show & more.

For those that might not want to BBQ themselves but still want to be a part of the experience, we will have a BBQ inspired food menu available on the day, as well as N&R Butchery meat packs available to purchase if you get the urge to BBQ yourself.

☼ You are welcome to bring: picnic blankets, camping chairs, umbrellas, sports balls & games.
☼ If you bring your own meat/BBQ packs please pre-marinate with sauces & spices at home.
☼ No other drinks, snacks & food will be allowed into the venue.
☼ You are NOT allowed to bring your own alcohol to the venue. There will be thorough search at the entrance.
