1. Age Restriction

Attendees must comply with the age restrictions set by the organiser. Valid identification may be required upon entry.

2. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled by the organiser and a refund is announced.

3. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable. The ticket holder is responsible for ensuring that any transferred ticket is provided to the new attendee before the event.

4. Photography & Recording Policy

Photography, video recording, and audio recording during the performance are strictly prohibited. Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee found recording the show without prior permission.

5. Media & Recording Notice

The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, or voice may appear in photographs or videos used by the organiser without compensation or further notice.

By car: New Covent Garden Theatre is in Mall of the Emirates, Level 2 The closest parking is on Level 2, Orange Zone A5 & A6.   

By Dubai Metro: Take the Red Line and get off at the R32 - Mall of the Emirates station. 

By taxi: Ask for Mall of the Emirates, most drivers will know it well  Ask to be dropped off at the Taxi Drop-Off point (Entrance A) Use the lift or take the escalator up to Level 2.
