The Meat Co at Madinat Jumeirah is hosting the Ultimate Meat Masterclass, where guests can travel around the world on a steak-tasting journey. Sample prime cuts from near and far with the restaurant’s head chefs explaining every integral facet of the dish before you – from the cattle ageing and feeding process, to cooking temperatures. The evening will kick off with delicious canapés and end with malva pudding for dessert for a truly well-rounded feast.
