Based around the classic pastry making techniques of France, in this masterclass you'll learn how to make favourites including Paris-Brest, Fruit Vacherin and Chocolate Tart before enjoying the fruits of your labour. You'll also get to sample a selection of starters and main courses which will be presented to share. For a show-stopping finish to the masterclass, a dessert of fruit snowball baked in liquid nitrogen will be prepared live by one of the hosting chefs.
