To begin your adventure, meet with other guests at Last Exit Al Qudra, from where you'll be transported to the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. At the site's picturesque Bedouin Village, you'll learn about authentic recipes and take part in preparing them. Then, treat yourself to an aromatic masterclass about Arabic coffee, covering its origins, how it is crafted and the etiquette surrounding it.

Delve further into traditions at a falconry demonstration and find out how the desert dwellers hunted for food. Or, settle down for some henna art, try your hand at a mini handicrafts workshop and shop spices at the nearby Arabic souk.

When it's time for dinner, sit down to share a delicious meal of Emirati dishes in the customary manner. As a keepsake, all the guests receive a cookbook of the recipes enjoyed.
