Join Meow Yoga for a 90-min soulful experience this Sunday, ending your week feeling re-energized and zen. Our instructors will guide you through a dynamic vinyasa flow, followed by a relaxing sound healing guided meditation using Tibetan singing bowls.

This class is open to all levels and yoga mats will be provided by Meow Yoga. All you need to do is book your spot. :)
