Armin’s performance

I bought 4 tickets but still not happy especially with one British in charge for the drinks on the left stage at the beginning of the entrance, he refused to change my drink from beer to redbull or any drink else. He was soo rode even my brother he ordered more than 6 class of beer. Please note that class never test it still full. We request very politely but No response rejected immediately.
Please see the following as well:
1. At the entrance from outside the staff was rode because he ask for the tickets more than 4 times and I show him from the first question
2. Not allowed to have a bottle of water which is not good at all one of us she don't like alchohole she preferred water
3. The inspection staff was not good as the not listen just apply their rules. The philipino staff was good and helpful
