Please be informed that the IBAA Ticketing Lounge will be closed from 26 January to 6 February 2026.

During this period, check-in and tour access will take place from the Wild Wadi entrance, near the IBAA kiosk. Kindly note the following important operational updates:

• Larger group bookings must be made in advance, as capacity limits will be strictly enforced
