Customer Happiness Summit & Awards (CHSA) is an initiative to recognise the companies in the Gulf that have done an outstanding job of understanding their customer and delivering happiness to them, consistently and authentically.
Now in its 5th year, CHSA has become a force to reckon with. It is a platform wherein Jury members and nominees swear by the transparency and fairness of the assessment process. It is a well-established fact that companies win at CHSA purely on merit, regardless of their scale, size, goodwill, and brand name.
In 2023, we are delighted to host over 25+ categories for companies to choose from. We invite companies based in the Gulf to participate in an electrifying experience at CHSA to share their stories, gain exceptional Jury insights, benchmark against the best in business, and have a shot at winning a trophy that genuinely means something.
The CHSA assessment journey will be a virtual process but the winners will be revealed in a grand Gala Awards ceremony on 13 Oct 2023.

How to get there
By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Jebel Ali/Abu Dhabi, exit at Exit 50 onto Al Safa Street, turn right onto Marasi Drive, and the hotel will be on your right.
By public transportation: You can take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Business Bay Metro Station, which is the closest station to the hotel, and then walk to your destination.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Taj Hotel from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
