The Pass is eligible for one person and can only be used on the same day. It does not cover retail, arcade games, or food and beverages.

Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
The operator may deny entry to children traveling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
Guests should be there 10 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
By car: Play DXB Dubai is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in The Dubai Mall parking.
By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
