Booking confirmation: Ensure that you provide accurate contact details when completing your booking. Keep your confirmation email for reference.

Accessing your ticket: Tickets will be made available through PlatinumList’s official application. Please check your confirmation email for further instructions.

Entry requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket to gain entry. Please have your ticket ready for verification upon arrival.

Ticket validity: Each ticket is valid for the specific event session and ticket category purchased, subject to the details stated on your booking. Screenshotted tickets will not be valid. Only the dynamic QR code [LY1] is valid for entry, released 48 hours prior to the event on the PlatinumList App.

Ticket security: Please keep your ticket secure. The organizer and ticketing provider are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised tickets.

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the event is officially cancelled or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Admission & Entry

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket to enter the event.
• Entry is subject to ticket verification and compliance with the event's entry policies.
• Once a ticket has been validated for entry, it cannot be reused for re-entry.
• Please arrive at least one hour before your session starts to allow sufficient time for parking and entry.
• Admission is restricted to individuals aged 10 years and above. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or older.

Ticket Validity & Security

• Attendees are responsible for keeping their tickets secure.
• Lost, stolen, copied, or compromised tickets may not be replaced or refunded.
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in the ticket being invalidated or entry being refused.
• Ticket access and QR-code requirements will follow PlatinumList’s instructions and will be released 48 hours prior to the event.
• Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event. The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items and are under no obligation to locate or recover them.

Cancellations & Changes

• The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, artists, or other event details where necessary.
• In the event of an official cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements in accordance with the event's refund policy and applicable law.

General Conduct

• All attendees must comply with venue rules, regulations, and event policies.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any attendee who breaches event policies or engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
• Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes and prohibited items are not allowed on the venue.
• Photography and video recording may be subject to event-specific restrictions.
• The organiser reserves the right to update these terms where necessary, subject to applicable law.
