By purchasing a ticket for Dubai Festival City Mall, Festival Bay. you can enjoy the following benefits:

Please note the important details regarding the wristband collection:
● Dates: 31 December 2023 at Dubai Festival City Mall
● Adult Ticket: AED 100
● Kids Ticket: AED 50 (for children between the ages of 5 to 12)
● Family Ticket:- 2 Kids  (for children between the ages of 5 to 12)&2 Adults:- AED 250
● Free Ticket for Children under the age of 5.
● Tickets are available for purchase online only.
● A variety of food trucks, stalls, live performances, Fireworks, and other amenities will be available.

The following items are prohibited from the event:
● Weapons of any kind
● Alcohol
● Glass containers of fireworks or other explosives
● Pets
● No food is to be carried into the venue

Dubai Festival City Mall reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of prohibited items.

For the safety and security of all attendees, security personnel will conduct bag checks and screening at the entry gate.

Photography Rules
Attendees are welcome to take photographs and record videos for personal use. However, professional photography and recording equipment (e.g., tripods, and drones) are not permitted without prior authorization from Dubai Festival City Mall. Please be respectful of the privacy and comfort of other attendees when taking photos and videos.

General Rules
● This ticket is for admission to the Dubai Festival City Mall, Festival Bay on December 31, 2023.
● The ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain.
● The ticket holder must be in possession of a valid wristband in order to enter Festival Bay.
● Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid ticket.
● Children and infants under the age of 5 years old will be granted free access to Festival Bay.
● The event is an outdoor celebration. Attendees should be prepared for varying weather conditions, and it is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather. The event will proceed as planned unless there are extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk. In case of any weather-related updates or changes to the event schedule, announcements will be made on our official website and social media channels.
● While we make every effort to ensure the event proceeds as planned, in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Dubai Festival City Mall reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, attendees will be informed through the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
