Terrible

No proper planning and organisation. The chef, Kelvin Cheung rushed the whole time like he had somewhere to be. He didnt seem to interested in the whole thing either.

The support chefs also were clueless on what the ingredients were. They kept running around confused.

Didnt like the session at all. Didnt feel like it was done with enthusiasm. It all felt rushed, hap hazard and done out of force.
