Bookings for Gyrocopter flight Dubai are final and non-refundable (except in case of bad weather)
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable

Age Limit: 17 years and above
Weight Limit: Your weight must be 105 kg or below (the weight limit during the summer is 100 kg)
All customers are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking/flight time
Slot are based on availability, in case of no availability amount will be refunded or rescheduled.

Gyrocopter Flight:

On the day of your flight, please bring a valid ID, a pair of sunglasses, a sweater, or a jacket (from November to February).
Your booking time is your flight time. Please check in 30 minutes before your booking time.
Our operation is weather-dependent.
The amount is non-refundable in the event of a No-Show.
In case of bad weather, your gyrocopter experience can be delayed or canceled. You will receive a full refund if your experience is canceled due to bad weather.
Please check with our Reservations Team, when both gyrocopters operate for simultaneous flights. Otherwise, one passenger will be accommodated at a time.
Passengers flying in open or semi-open gyrocopters are not permitted to carry phones or cameras for safety reasons during their flight.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in gyrocopter flights.

Gyrocopter Flight Dubai Age Restrictions:

Age limit:You must be 17 years old (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of your flight. Customers must meet this requirement.
Weight limit: Your weight must be 105 kg or below on the day of your flight. Sorry, this is a legal requirement from our manufacturers, and we cannot make any exceptions. Customers must meet this requirement. Due to weather conditions, the weight limit during the summer is 100 kg.
Height limit: There is no minimum or maximum height limit for this experience.

By car: Gyrocopter Flight is located at The Skydive Dubai Palm Drop Zone is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the designated parking free of cost.

By public transportation: Gyrocopter Flight is located at The Skydive Dubai Palm DropZone is accessible by public transport. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the DMCC metro station and take a short taxi ride to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the drop zone from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
