Join us with Deanna Jade for a soul-soothing evening of heart opening yin yoga, gentle guided pranayama breathwork, sound therapy with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, rain-sticks, chimes and digital art designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit under the light of the New Moon.

Move mindfully, breathe, and calm your mind in the stunning surroundings of IMMERSEE. Discover the restorative power of ancient yogic practices and sound-based healing, to relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep and lift mood. Each aspect of the journey is enhanced by the natural energy of the New Moon, harnessing new beginnings and planting seeds for the future.

Engage all your senses in a carefully curated 75-minute session that combines digital

art, Tibetan bowl meditation, gong bath and gentle heart opening yin yoga and

pranayama suitable for all ages and levels.

7:30 - 8:00 PM: Begin with a meditative, gentle seated heart opening yin yoga and pranayama breathwork session designed to open the heart and release all that nolonger serves you.

8:00 - 8:30 PM: Transition into a 360-degree sound journey and mindful meditation to embrace the power of the New Moon, enveloped by the serene vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, and chimes.

8:30 - 8:45 PM: Closing with a restorative Gong Bath sound meditation to set intentions, rebalance, and manifest your innermost desires.

This immersive experience is co-produced by IMMERSEE and Beyond Wellness

suitable for all ages and levels.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for yoga and meditation. Avoid restrictive clothing to ensure you can move freely.

Loved the immersive 3D imagery! The instructor was friendly and welcoming. It was prepared in advance and clean.

#2 Feedback: Then for the sound healing, you put on the masks and the light flashing even with the masks on was distracting.

Solution: what would have been better is no masks and lights low, and warm lights. When you lie on your back, you look at the roof anyways and it's got no imagery on it.

#3 Feedback: The sound healing part was VERY short, this is what I came for. Not so much talking and stretching.
