Taking place from 28 November to 2 December 2025, this extraordinary five-day, multi-sensory festival promises a unique experience dedicated to the joy of baking, blending fun, education, and incredible handcrafted sweet treats.

Bringing together emerging bakers, celebrity chefs, families, and cake lovers, this world-class festival will feature an exciting line-up of bake-offs, dining experiences, celebrity chef appearances, baking and cake-themed activities, a giant sprinkles pool, entertainment, and competitions. With renowned names already confirmed—including Canadian baking sensation and TV host Anna Olson; Claire Clark MBE, a master pâtissier recognised as one of the world's top pastry chefs; Kimberly Lin, formerly of Claridge’s and Dominique Ansel Bakery; and Markus Bohr of Harrods—the event is set to be the region’s largest pastry and confectionery celebration.

Join us for the celebrity chef showcase, where the main stage of Al Wasl dome will be taken over by masters of the baking world, creating stunning desserts and sharing their professional tips and techniques. This is a unique opportunity to see your favourite chefs in action and gain inspiration for your own baking endeavours. A full line-up will be announced soon.

Professional Masterclasses
Led by top pastry chefs and industry experts, these sessions are designed for both beginners and experienced bakers. Learn new recipes and techniques and take your baking to the next level with guidance from the best in the business.

Future Baking Lab

Step into the Future Baking Lab to explore cutting-edge baking technologies and innovative trends. This stage features demonstrations and experiments that push the boundaries of traditional baking. Discover new techniques and get a glimpse of the future of baking and pastry arts.

Sugar Art Workshops

Delve into the intricate world of sugar crafting and add an artistic touch to your baking repertoire at the sugar art workshops. Learn from expert sugar artists as they demonstrate techniques for creating stunning sugar sculptures and decorations. Tickets released 1st October.

National Day Celebrations

In honour of National Day on December 2nd, the festival will be dedicated to celebrating Emirati culture, featuring traditional sweet treats, live demonstrations, and heritage-inspired activities for all ages.

Live Entertainment

The vibrant atmosphere is complemented by a variety of shows and acts to enhance the festive spirit. Late night activations include DJs in the Sugar Rush Bar.

Cakes, Bakes & Retail Market
Featuring the very best local and international must-try desserts! Eat your way around then shop for premium bakeware, kitchen tools, and exclusive cookbooks with exciting chef meet-and-greets. Limited edition collaborations and show-stopping desserts from around the world.

Kids Baking School & Workshops
A fun and educational area designed for young bakers. Children can explore their culinary creativity by participating in hands-on activities, learning basic baking skills and creating their own sweet treats.

Coffee Boulevard
Explore Coffee Boulevard, where you can enjoy artisanal coffee and speciality beverages and learn from expert baristas while you relax and recharge.

Doors open at 12:00.
Visitors aged 5 and under*, as well as People of Determination, will have free access to the event. All other visitors must have a ticket to access the venue.
Children aged 12 and under must be in the company of an adult aged 21 or older.
No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased.
Admission is strictly valid only for the day on which it was purchased.
No professional photography or videography is permitted.
Bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters/ trolleys are not allowed inside the ticketed area.
While Expo City Dubai is pet-friendly, pets are not allowed inside the ticketed area. Only service animals will be granted access to the ticketed area.
