NEY 2025 at Sky Views Observatory Burj Khalifa is a non-trivial way to meet the upcoming year. You will witness unobstructed views from Burj Khalifa, NYE fireworks, and laser shows.

The celebration includes live DJ entertainment and a selection of food and house beverages. Fireworks in Dubai on New Year's Eve is something you should see at least once in your life. The performance begins at midnight and lasts for about 20 minutes. We assure you that hardly ever have you seen such a fabulous show of colors, shapes and images.

We would like to inform you that the access badges for the NYE25 event are now ready for collection. Please note the following important details:

Badge Collection Dates: December 17th to 30th, 2024
Collection Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Mandatory Requirement: Access badges are required for entry on December 31st, 2024.

To collect your badges:

Visit the ticket counters at Sky Views Observatory.
Present A copy of the confirmation email you have recieved
Your online booking confirmation and/or tickets

Important Notice:

Due to limited access and road diversions in the downtown Dubai area on December 31st, we urge you to collect your badges between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to avoid any inconvenience.

Due to road closures, please plan your visit ahead to reach the venue. For updated road closure timings, please refer to official media announcements.

The original purchased tickets along with the access badge are required for entry to Sky Views observatory.

Sky Views Observatory can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1, entry point next to resident entrance or via Dubai Metro going to The Dubai Mall exit next to Marina Pharmacy.

Parking is available (limited spaces) at The Address Sky View Tower 1, kindly inform the security team regarding your booking upon arrival at the parking entrance to be provided with access.

Offer is valid only on December 31st.
Timings: 8:00PM to midnight.
Seating is on shared basis.
Beverages will be served from 8:00PM till 11:00PM.
Alcohol package includes house red/white wine and beer only.
Selected House beverage (red/white wine & beer) available from 20:00 to 23:00. Other beverage options available on a la carte menu(Chargeable).
Alcohol allowance is applicable strictly only to 21+. (Valid ID might be requested prior entering the location).
Offer is complimentary for kids below the age of 3.
Sky Views Observatory has the right to change or amend any offer without prior notice.

Downtown Access will not be secure. Guest must arrive to location/Downtown as earlier as they can.
Parking will be available at Sky Views Observatory or Dubai Mall.

There are two types of Sky Views Observatory Burj Khalifa New Year's Eve tickets available for sale. The first type includes fire works, laser show display, food and soft drinks. The second type includes all mentioned above and alcohol. Here is a rundown of NYE 2025 at Sky Views Observatory ticket prices:

AED 2500 per person (non-alcoholic)
AED 3000 per person (including selected house beverage) Any other options will be chargeable

Sky Views Observatory: Access through The Address Sky View Tower 1 – entry point next to residents’ entrance, or via Dubai Metro going to The Dubai Mall – exit next to Marina Pharmacy.

Parking: Limited parking spaces are available at The Address Sky View Tower 1. Kindly inform the security team regarding your booking upon arrival at the parking entrance to be provided with access.

Important Notice: Temporary Road Closures in Downtown Dubai on December 31st. Please be informed that roads around Downtown Dubai will be temporarily closed on December 31st during parts of the day. Exact timings will be confirmed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) closer to date. To stay informed and avoid delays, kindly follow the official updates and timings provided by the RTA.
