Globally renowned Champagne House Laurent-Perrier (or LP as it is affectionately known) was founded in 1812 and has recently celebrated its 200 year anniversary, a truly great achievement for any company. The late Head of Laurent-Perrier, Mr. Bernard de Nonancourt, was at the helm for more than 50 years and is credited with having created the modern day success of this ancient House. Monsieur de Nonancourt is also widely acknowledged with changing the greater champagne landscape, launching such innovations as LP’s Prestige Cuvee, the Grand Siècle, a new concept that was released in 1959 composing a multi blends of the most prestigious crus from the best Laurent-Perrier vintage years. Let’s also not forget the most world’s most iconic Brut Rosé, also amongst the first, released in 1968 and set in an elegant bottle inspired by the times of the French King Henri IV.
