After last month’s packed out Old Skool party, it’s time to bring things back up to 2014 speed... CASA LATINA at the Ibis Al Barsha will play host to an evening of upfront DRUM & BASS, JUNGLE, DUBSTEP & ELECTRO with Q-BIK, BREAKS APART, ESPACE, WOODLE & JAB on the decks! ********************************************************** We have not one, but two international acts flying in to make their Dubai debuts... Q-BIK (New Zealand – Formation Records / Planet Funk / Drum & Bass Arena) With over a decade of DJing experience, and now based in Australia, Q-BIK is one of the South Pacific’s premium DnB & Dubstep exports. He is busy touring all over the globe and joins us as part of his European & Asian tour. Having shared the stage with Nero, Pendulum and Andy C, but to name a few, PJ knows how to get the BASS crowd pumping! He also has a number of killer productions under his belt… Releases such as ‘My House’ on Planet Funk, and ‘Departed’ on Formation Records have gained support from the likes of Annie Mac, Crissy Criss, Brookes Brothers and Kenny Ken. BREAKS APART (India – Deaf Bass Twins / BBC Asian Network / Friction Introducing) BREAKS APART aka DJ Parsh is at the top of the BASS music game in Delhi and Mumbai. Parsh is renowned for his unequivocal love of all things BASS and in his sets aims to bring together the sounds of DnB, Dubstep and Electro, featuring the likes of Far Too Loud, Knife Party and Zedd. This is his first time playing in Dubai and he is putting together a special set to celebrate! BASSWORX residents ESPACE, WOODLE & JAB will be in support, playing the best in DRUM & BASS, JUNGLE, DUBSTEP & ELECTRO. JD ODYSSEY returns to take centre stage on MC & hosting duties!
