On Monday 15th December, OKKU brings to you an exclusive Taittinger Dinner hosted by Clovis Taittinger. The house of Taittinger is family owned and operated, a rarity in international Champagne Brands. Clovis Taittinger is the Taittinger Export Director and the son of the current President. Born and bought up to the sound of popping corks, his mission in life is to promote excellence in Champagne, encourage celebration of all successes in life, and to make people happy. With Chardonnay the dominant grape in the bottle, Taittinger Champagnes are the epitome of elegance and purity, with this in mind we have designed a bespoke ‘O’ Style menu for the evening. Our unique signature dishes have been created by the most talented chefs in the Middle East who strive on presenting our diners continually with innovative and delicious creations. The menu for the evening includes our famous Yuzu-Saikyo Miso Black Cod and Dynamite Kani - baked King Crab legs, masago and spicy mayonnaise. The evening promises to deliver a sensational culinary experience paired with exquisite champagnes.
