PER AQUUM Desert Palm redefines brunch the boutique way with the ‘Vintage’, a culinary journey of European cuisine with Asian influences that takes place at the award winning Rare restaurant and terrace. A range of live cooking stations have been carefully selected to highlight the best of what a brunch should be with specific wine pairings to heighten the guest experience and to bring a further element of gastronomic discovery to the day.

The Vintage Friday Brunch takes place between 12.30pm and 4pm every Friday at Rare restaurant and terrace

with views across the lush polo fields and the impressive city skyline beyond. Priced at 395AED per person, the Vintage brunch includes half a bottle of Taittinger champagne per person, unlimited cocktails from the brunch menu, carefully selected wine pairings and house beverages.

Culinary exhibitionism are brought to life through a selection of six different wine pairings that are featured each week. Some of the dishes guests can look forward to indulging in are pan seared foie gras with apple compote paired with an Alsace Riesling or 120 day beef tenderloin paired with a single vineyard Australian
