Iftar at Pai Thai, Madinat Jumeirah

Located over looking the scenic water ways of Madinat Jumeirah, Pai Thai restaurant offers a culinary exploration of Thai culture while respecting the classic tradition of Iftar with a specially designed Ramadan menu offering for the 2016 Holy month.

Pai Thai never fail to impress with intense combinations of authentic Thai flavours, combined with artful presentation, the Ramadan menu is no exception. Highlights of the special Iftar menu include; Yam Phed Oob, a scrumptious Smoke Duck Salad with Onion, Tomato, Coriander, Thai Celery and Thai Chili Dressing, Kha Noom Pang Na Goong, Crispy Breads, Mince Prawns accompanied by delectable Garlic, Coriander, and Water Chestnut in Sweet Chili Sauce and beautifully presented Taley Phad Cha, Stir-fried Mix Seafood with Coconut Shoots, Lesser Ginger, Capsicum, Kaffir lime leave, Green Pepper Corn, Onion and a spicy Red Chili Oyster Sauce.

The delectable dishes are accompanied by specialty mocktails including; So Jennie and Scavi & Ray, delightfully fresh non-alcoholic sparkling wines, Estrella, an enticing non-alcoholic beer and the Elixa lemonade, a non-alcoholic sparkling drink dusted with 24 carat gold flakes to make the evening even more glistening.

To finish the evening off perfectly, diners will be treated to a satisfyingly sweet Sa Khu Ma Muang Suk, tapioca pearl, rock melon, honey melon and water chestnut bathed in Thai coconut milk, sugar syrup and crushed ice.
