With an endless array of seasonal dishes, including ell, cucumber, foie gras roll and prawns nigiri, Mulled wine with blue cheeses dip, almond and ginger bread, delicious oven roasted Wagyu rump with winter vegetables, horseradish and cranberry jus, Lobster ravioli with green pea and parmesan... and for the sweet tooth a traditional buche de Noël to die for!
