Competitive Ticket includes:

• Bib with a timing chip to record start and finish times, calculation of total time taken to finish the course. (FYI- at each obstacle a manual check is done to record whether participant has completed it or not- the final tally takes into account the time taken to complete the race + number of obstacles completed to determine winners)
• Goody Bag – Tote bag, Tshirt, Bandana ( plus any other samples that we get from sponsors)
• Medal at the finish line
• Entry to the village area where the race starts and ends from
• Participation in the competitive category wave

Non-Competitive Ticket includes:

• Participation in the non-competitive category wave

Spectator Ticket includes:

• Entry to the village area where the race starts and ends from

By purchasing a ticket and registering for participation in California Residences Devils Circuit in Dubai (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moju Events LLC, the organizer of the Event.

1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket purchases for California Residences Devils Circuit in Dubai are final. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal injury, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or force majeure events.
• Tickets are, however, transferable. A Participant may transfer their ticket to another individual by notifying the Organizers in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• The transferee must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms and Conditions to be eligible for participation.
• Ticket holders must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the Event to participate.

2. Participant Waiver

• Following your ticket purchase, a legal waiver form will be sent to your registered email address.
• It is mandatory to review, sign, and submit this waiver in order to complete your registration. Participants who fail to submit the signed waiver before the Event will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
• The waiver will include important details about physical risks, health declarations, media release, and acknowledgment of personal responsibility.

3. Health & Safety

• Participation in California Residences Devils Circuit in Dubai involves physical exertion, running, jumping, crawling, climbing, and navigating obstacles that carry inherent risks of injury.
• By registering, you affirm that you are in good health, have consulted with a medical professional if necessary, and are physically capable of participating in the Event.
• You agree to abide by all instructions issued by the Event Organizers, marshals, volunteers, and security personnel for your own safety and the safety of others.

4. Code of Conduct

• You agree to participate in a spirit of sportsmanship, fairness, and mutual respect.
• The Event Organizers reserve the right to disqualify, remove, or ban any participant whose behavior is deemed abusive, unsafe, or contrary to the values and standards of California Residences Devils Circuit.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizers

• The Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, your registration will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.

6. Media Release

• By participating in the Event, you grant the Organizers permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and name in photos, videos, or promotional materials related to California Residences Devils Circuit, without compensation.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

By proceeding with your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
