A world-class show, VIP guests, and an unforgettable atmosphere await you! The gala dinner will be as unique as the program – top chefs will present a unique menu of haute cuisine, while elite drinks and delicacies will complement the symphony of gastronomic delights.

Guests will be greeted at the entrance with exquisite canapés—fish, meat, and cheese—fresh fruit platters, and a glass of chilled Prosecco.

Unlimited soft drinks are served. Live music and exquisite service create the evening’s atmosphere.

The main part of the evening is a culinary journey of twelve courses, each one a unique story of flavor:

cold appetizers and fish dishes
artichokes and avocado salads
assorted sushi and rolls
Italian truffle risotto
succulent meat baked with cheese and spinach
exquisite desserts and fruit platters
Drinks

All tables feature premium red and white wine, Prosecco, and unlimited soft drinks—San Pellegrino water, juices, and lemonades. For guests seeking more, a complementary wine and spirits menu, as well as a complementary food menu, will be available—all customizable.Live music will accompany the evening, creating an atmosphere of celebration, taste, and high style.

I.Generally, all tickets are non-refundable, except those exceptions mentioned in PLP's refund policy or provided under this Agreement.

II. The Parties agree that PLP has the absolute right to process the refund on the following grounds:

The event is officially cancelled.
The headline performer or primary attraction is cancelled or fails to appear.
The venue is changed to a location over 35 kilometers from the original or is significantly inferior in terms of capacity, services, or safety.
The event is postponed to a new date which the customer is unable to attend, provided they notify PLP within 24 hours of the postponement announcement.

III. If an event is rescheduled or postponed:

Refund requests must be submitted, rescheduling, or announcement of the relevant change
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Timelines for refund settlement may vary by bank or payment provider, typically taking between 7 to 14 business days.

IV. No refund will be issued for the following circumstances (but not limited to):

Personal change of plans, travel issues
Failure to adhere to entry policies (e.g., late arrival, invalid ID, or dress code violations).
Displeasure with artist performance, technical delays, or on-site service experiences.
Substitution of support acts, guest performers, or lineup changes not involving the headliner.

The Theater Dubai is located in Fairmont Hotel Dubai

By car: Fairmont Dubai is located in the Trade Centre area on Sheikh Zayed Road. Use GPS navigation with the address: Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Centre, Dubai. Paid parking is available on the hotel premises.

By public transport: The nearest metro station is World Trade Centre Station (red line). It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the station to the hotel.

By taxi: Order a taxi through Uber, Careem, or RTA Dubai Taxi apps. Set your destination as: Fairmont Hotel Dubai or The Theater Dubai. The journey from downtown Dubai will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
