1. Both ticketing categories, Fan pit and General Admission, give you only access benefits.
2. All entries are strictly 21+ (Valid ID required) 3. F&B and hard beverages are not included with any ticket
4. Food and hard beverages will be available for additional purchase inside the venue.
5. Re-entry is not allowed after exiting the venue.

1.⁠Acceptance of terms: Purchasing a ticket means accepting these terms and conditions.  
2.⁠Buy tickets: Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or fees. No photos or Videos are allowed during the show    
3.⁠⁠Refund Policy: No refunds are allowed.  
4.⁠Event changes or cancellations: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.  
5.⁠Possibility of transferring tickets: Tickets are transferable.  
6.⁠Entry requirements: Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other entry requirements determined by the organiser. Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identification or proof of purchase for entry.  
7.⁠Code of Conduct: Attendees must adhere to the event and the rules of conduct. Reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour  
8.⁠Liability and Disclaimer: Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organiser does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organisers.  
9.⁠Lost or stolen tickets: The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.  
10.⁠⁠Force Majeure: The organiser is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event. In such cases, the event organisers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.  
11.⁠⁠Changing seats or location: Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or venue layout. Attendees will be informed of important changes in advance.  
12.⁠Compliance with laws: Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.
13.⁠Media & Recording Notice: The event will be recorded for ads and promotions. and that attendees' faces may be featured in a promotional video for the event. By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions

By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) southeast and then merge onto Dubai - Al Ain Road (E66). Continue on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and take the exit toward Dubai Silicon Oasis. Follow Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road until you reach the hotel on your right.

By public transportation: Take the Red Line towards UAE Exchange Station. Exit at UAE Exchange Station and then take a short taxi ride to the hotel.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi or request a ride-hailing service to Radisson RED Hotel from anywhere in Dubai. Its a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
