Entry Policy:

• Age Limit: 21+. Anyone under the age of 21 years old and without a valid ID will not be permitted to enter, even in the presence of an adult
• Once validated for entry, tickets cannot be re-entered.
• All patrons must have a valid ticket to enter.
• Food & Beverage Options: Food and beverage options will be available on-site.

Security Measures:

• Patrons must protect their tickets to avoid loss or theft. In the event of ticket loss or theft, Platinumlist will not be responsible for replacement or refund.
• Electronic tickets that have been copied or fall into unauthorized hands may result in denial of entry; the ticket is considered canceled at first use and no refunds are provided.

Ticket Purchasing:

• Tickets can be purchased through authorized channels only, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.
• Prices and artist line up are subject to change without prior notice.
• All sales are final; refunds will not be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Events can be canceled, rescheduled, or modified according to Platinumlist’s discretion. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email or phone, and options for a refund or exchange may be offered.
• No refunds are provided unless the event is officially canceled.

General Conduct:

• Patrons must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
• The management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Smoking, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside Dubai World Trade Centre.
• The use of cameras and recording devices may be subject to restrictions.

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on Sheikh Zayed Road, taking the exit toward 2nd Zaa’beel Street, turning toward and onto Zaa’beel Palace Street, driving along Al Mustaqbal Street, and continuing through the roundabouts before arriving. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation:You can easily reach your destination by taking the MRed lines to the World Trade Centre Metro Station, followed by a 19-minute walk. 

By taxi:You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
