All ticket holders are required to adhere to a respectful and appropriate dress code that reflects the family friendly atmosphere of the event. For the Summer Splash Party, all guests including men, women, and children must wear appropriate swim attire consisting of swim shorts and a rash guard at all times for your safety

This requirement is in place to ensure comfort and safety. Clothing must remain modest and inoffensive throughout the event.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the dress code.

We strongly recommend wearing water-friendly footwear for your kid’s safety. 

For your convenience, changing facilities are available near the venue.

By purchasing a ticket for the Summer Splash Party (“Event”), you agree to the following:

• Ticket Requirement: A valid ticket must be purchased for entry. Tickets are required for all attendees aged 3 years and above. 
• Ticket Price: AED 50 (inclusive of VAT). 
• Workshops & Activities: All included workshops and activities are available while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional paid activities may require extra fees. 
• Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. The Organizer may refuse entry without a valid ticket. 
• Behavior: All attendees must act respectfully. The Organizer may remove individuals for inappropriate behavior without refund. 
• Photography & Media: Attendees may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to use of your image for promotional purposes. 
• Assumption of Risk: All activities, including water slides, and consumption of food or beverages, are at the ticket holder’s own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors. 
• Capacity Limits: Activities are based on estimated capacity. The Organizer is not liable for shortages or limitations due to high attendance and will not provide alternatives or refunds. 
• Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive claims against the Organizer, sponsors, and venue for any injury, loss, or damage. 
• Modification of Terms: The Organizer may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated at the entrance. 
• Dress Code: Appropriate swimwear is required for all guests, including men, women, and children (swim shorts and rash guards). Clothing must be modest and family friendly. Changing facilities are provided. The Organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone not complying with this dress code.
• Staff supervise play equipment but do not replace parental supervision. Parents/guardians must remain responsible for their children at all times.
• Entry may be refused or revoked if a participant poses a safety risk due to age, size, physical condition, or behaviour. Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted entry.
• Participation is at your own risk. By allowing yourself or your dependents to use this equipment, you acknowledge that inflatable activities involve inherent physical risks, including the possibility of injury. Expo City Dubai and its operators accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
• Health restrictions apply. Do not use this equipment if you or your dependent has a heart condition, epilepsy, spinal or skeletal conditions, is pregnant, or has any condition that may be aggravated by physical activity. Consult a doctor if in doubt.
• You are responsible for any medical costs arising from your or your dependent's participation.
• Follow all safety rules. Misuse of equipment or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal without refund.

The following items are prohibited:

• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters / strollers*
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
