AL AMEED Season Pass – Terms & Conditions (2026/2027)

1. General Validity

• The AL AMEED Season Pass is valid exclusively for Al Nasr SC home matches during the 2026/2027 season.
• The pass does not grant access to special final matches such as:
  • ADIB Cup Final
  • Super Cup Final
  • Any other match classified as a special event by the UAE Pro League or Al Nasr SC.
    
    

2. Stadium Entry & Verification

• Each Season Pass is valid for one entry per match per person.
• Passes will be digitally scanned at the stadium gates.
• Fans must present a valid Emirates ID matching the Season Pass holder’s name ( If requested ).
• The club reserves the right to deny entry if the Emirates ID does not match the registered pass holder.
  
  

3. Non‑Transferability

• The Season Pass is strictly non-transferable.
• Reselling, lending, or exchanging the pass is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any misuse may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  
  

4. Seating & Access

• Seating categories (BLUE, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD) are assigned based on the pass purchased.
• The club may adjust seating arrangements for operational or safety reasons.
• Gold & SIlver pass holders may receive priority access to designated hospitality zones.
  
  

5. Match Schedule Changes

• Match dates, times, and venues are subject to change by the UAE Pro League.
• The Season Pass remains valid for the rescheduled match.
• No refunds or compensation will be issued for schedule changes.
  
  

6. Lost or Damaged Cards

• Lost or damaged Season Passes can be reissued for a replacement fee determined by the club.
• Emirates ID verification is required for reissuance.
  
  

7. Benefits & Discounts

Depending on the category purchased, Season Pass holders may receive:

• Store discounts
• Online promo codes
• F&B discounts
• Priority access to limited editions
• Exclusive experiences (Al AMEED GOLD) These benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the 2026/2027 season.
  
  

8. Conduct & Stadium Regulations

• All Season Pass holders must comply with stadium rules, security instructions, and UAE Pro League regulations.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the stadium and suspension of the Season Pass.
  
  

9. Refund Policy

• Season Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
• No refunds will be issued for missed matches, schedule changes, or disciplinary removal.
  
  

10. Club Rights

• Al Nasr SC reserves the right to modify Season Pass benefits, terms, or access rules when necessary for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
• Any updates will be communicated through official club channels
