Is one ticket valid for both days?
No. A single-day ticket is valid only for the date selected at the time of booking, unless a two-day pass is specifically made available.

Are seats allocated?
No. Seating within each ticket category is available on a first come, first served basis.

There are no individually assigned seats within the respective categories. Guests are advised to arrive early for better seating options.

Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets will be available online only through Platinumlist. Guests are advised to purchase their tickets before arriving at the venue.

Are children allowed?
Yes. The event is open to all ages. Children and minors should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Will food and beverages be available?
Food and beverage options will be available in designated areas of the venue. These are not included in the ticket price.
